We have earlier reports about this issue but they were fixed in the latest version 10.11.1 Hope this helps.

There is something coming up in VW 2016 to addressed these issues with 4K and 2K displays. As James says is not an easy patch. Good weekend for everybody!!!

If your license type is E-series, this information is incorrect you can reinstall VW as many times as you need in the same computer and you will not incurred in any use of your activations. I hope this is clear. as far as the other issue we will try to replicate and submit the issue to Engineering. Thank you for your report.

Default Projection for 3d rotation

go to Tools>Options>VW Preferences>3D pane and change the projection from Normal Perspective to Orthogonal. -
try typing the serial# instead of copy and paste and let us know also.

Matrix is correct, part of the Robust PDF are the snapping and cropping that is part of Fundamentals, see note at the end. "*PDF/A is available in Vectorworks Architect, Landmark, Spotlight, and Designer. PDF snapping improvement and cropping is supported in Fundamentals." but I understand it can be confusing. -
