I am happy that the online help is no longer tied to Adobe Air, but it still leaves much to be desired. For an example of what I personally think the help file should be more like, take a look at Blender Reference Manual
[i do much of my reading / browsing of the Vw help file on my iPad tablet so that UI experience is what my wish list requests are based on. ]
In general- the current online help is way too stripped down, clickable links are way too large, there is too much wasted space and there is no logical way to browse the help.
1) Provide a navigation menu on the left hand side that has all of the topics, not just the current three (Table Of Contents, Glossary, Search);
2) The should be an Index page that includes ALL of the Command functions with a brief description;
3) All sub-topics should be organized logically, if not alphabetical, then something else that makes sense;
4) Get rid of having to always Click to show/hide the parameters. This is where the important info lives, we shouldn't have to click it to see it, it should always be visible;
5) Relying on the 'Back' button for navigation is a terrible way to navigate a website. As a test, see how well you can browse the help file without using the 'Back' button.

That's all (for now).
