I cant believe I couldn't find anything on a google search? Seems my ver 11 is way old.

Are there people available for Vectorworks 11? I searched here as well. I just want to give my drawings some sense of scale. Thanks everyone.

I would do it, but I am on an Educational License, and it would become

why not draw your own people and make them into image props?

For a fashoin show recently I searched images on google of a model walking on a black ramp, just never got to making up the image prop to place in the drawing.

I use the Entourage models/symbols often with good results(supplied in the VW12 libraries, not sure if VW11 can run it.

There are people available in latter versions of VW but they look like they're modelled on overweight Americans, so you're not missing out on much in that regard.

I so agree with you there.

Either the male figure is a bodybuilder or as you say overweight.

No figures that match a good looking stud like ourselfs.

The woman make me think of nurses, those you don't want.

One problem I have with image props is that you can't use Hidden Line with them...they come up as a rectangle, or crossed rectangles...not an outline of the person or object...

I still like them for many reason, but that is one considerable drawback.

The example file posted above is Vw 2009. The two files at Vectordepot are Vw 12 files.

The 3D outline people are classed and also have a transparent texture applied to them. By modifying the Class fill attributes and/or the texture you can get a range of effects. The aim was to provide a range of outline people for Vectorworks users similar to those that SketchUP has.
