@Matt Overton Great catch (Redshift and Color picker)- I verified with our R&D team and they were able to pushed these 2 new features sooner in 2023. The roadmap will be updated in the coming days. Thanks

@Tom W. What the repair does is for every file in the Vectorworks installation you have, it will verify that it exists and compare a MD5 hash of the file with what the hash should be. If a file is missing or has different contents (hashes don't match) then it will repair the file by downloading the correct file and copying it in place of the missing or changed file. "Change Version" does the same thing as repair, but instead of the version you have (the value stored in VWVersion.txt), it uses the version you pick and repairs using that. I hope that helps.

@P Retondo We have been preparing and investing for this change. Currently, we have three new tech support specialists finishing their training and getting ready to help all our customers, and we are hiring one more for our UK office.

@hollister design Studio We were able to replicate the issue. We have submitted it as an issue under VB-189469 - this is an internal number. Thank you for reporting it. I will keep you updated on any changes.

Important aspects to note are that while licenses are transferable, Vectorworks Service Select is NOT. Additionally, a user transfers all versions of a license to the new user. For example, they could not keep a 2018 version of a license and transfer a 2020 version. They are relinquishing all versions via the transfer.
