MattG
I am sure a simple one for you architects. I am drawing a rough model of a building that has slanted walls what is the best way to do this using the wall tool? Edited July 21, 2010 by MattG Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
Walls drawn with the wall tool can not be slanted. Use an extrusion or some other form of modeling Edited July 22, 2010 by Jonathan Pickup Quote Link to comment

Josh NZ
Bit of an old post but trying to create a slanted wall in VW2016. Im sure there has been an improvement since 2010 but not having much luck finding it. Have searched VW help but numerous results that aren't what I'm after. Quote Link to comment
AlanW
No can do in VW2016 either. You have to extrude walls that are slanted and then cut holes in them for windows, as Jonathan said. Sorry about that. Edited July 20, 2016 by Alan Woodwell Quote Link to comment
Josh NZ
Haha thanks Alan, that recess wall is quite a handy tool. Shame that there's no option to slant walls using a designated tool thou. Quote Link to comment
