Hanging on File Opening

Hello, have a Q for anyone who can help.

After opening VW program, upon opening up this Master file, it hangs [for a good minute] on Step 6 0f 11:Resetting Text and Dimensions. I use this file as a sort of Template and with any subsequent files having the same issue.

Any thoughts on where I might look into this?

As far as I know, the first reports of this popped up just a couple of days ago. So far you are the third person who I have seen report this.

I have to say, that sounds awful. And to hear that this is not the only occurrence sure makes me nervous. 

Find any steps toward solutions? New file, then import, well everything, and see if it occurs again? Try opening a backup file, in date descending order, till you find one which opens completely?
