@E|FA while the issue with the customer portal is fixed...service select customers can email us directly at premiumtech@vectorworks.net and you will receive a confirmation automatically with a case number.

You can use the Feedback option in the University under the profile menu to request tutorials and even Coffee Breaks - I'm adding the Benchmark Tool to our schedule.

You should be able to 'Check for Updates' from the Home Page without any files open.

@Tom W.Currently, I don't see any plans for the other tools, but plans can be adjusted. It will be better to submit this request as a Wish in the forum and then we can see the level of interest in the community. Thank you for your interest.
