@Tim Ardoin I am experiencing the issue described 2) I have emailed tech support several times over the past 2 weeks trying to find a solution. So far no response from tech support to my last 3 emails over a week ago. Series G trying to do install on several mac laptops for student use. If it is not the serial staying then I am getting it can't find my license server yet it is pingable and the port is available from the device. Have it working (somehow) on 1 device so server is responding and working. Have tried 2023 and 2023 sp1.

I got the same thing trying to do the silent install command on a mac. Also found that only the user who ran the install (non-silent) had permissions to folder. 2023 silent install instructions needs some tweaking, or updating for use. End up packaging traditional way 😞 Would be nice to have a way to install silently and get proper permissions for end users (non-admins) to launch. Also had to create the xml for server so there is that.

I too am waiting but for a Lab donation request I submitted 2 days ago on behalf of a professor who would like software installed this week. 😞 Might have submitted a second just to be sure I hit the submit button the first time.
