This is happening when editing Auto Hybrid Objects.
I've created a new file with no history to test and to record for this forum.
Create some geometry and combine into an Auto Hybrid object.
Enter edit mode
Draw a line on an extrude.
Pull highlighted section.
When I let go all geometry becomes not visible - unless selected (see video) and then the selection lines are visible. Note - If I have "show other object while in editing mode" selected, all the other objects stay visible - only geometry INSIDE the edit window is not visible
exit Auto Hybrid editing window.
VW has converted the Auto Hybrid into a Solid Addition. NOTE - This is NOT undo-able. Ctrl-Z doesn't have any effect and all history seems to have been erased.
Notice that the push/pull is now not visible, only the original geometry.
double click solid addition to enter edit mode.
inside solid addition is the original auto hybrid - and now the push pull IS visible.
Double click to enter Auto Hybrid edit mode.
Inside auto hybrid notice that push pull extrusion has NOT worked as expected - the push/pull has become a SEPARATE object, not an extrusion off of the original object like if done in regular modeling space.
Also notice NOW the push pull geometry is visible in the Solid Addition object where it wasn't before.
This happens EVERY time.
This happen is every file I've tried it in from large complicated to the example file that I created right then.
This behavior make editing auto hybrid objects close to impossible.
