designer85
I know this is old thread, but is it possible to make 4 drawers each the same height (10") in a std height drawer base cab? Would that even be functional? Does anyone know? Quote Link to comment
Steven Kenzer
The standard base cabinet box (for kitchen work with 4" toe-kick) is 30 1/2"+/- high.....29" of usable vertical space between the top and bottom panels. 4 drawer boxes @ 10" height = 40".....assuming I'm understanding this correctly, not even close to being possible. Don@Black Dog
I think the basic question still hasn't been addressed. Given the adjustability of so many other objects (doors and windows) via the OIP or even the unstyled options menu for the tool, why can't we simply specify the drawer heights when choosing a 3 or 4 drawer cabinet? Same size drawers are typical in standard cabinetry offerings, and in schematics we don't want to spend time doing custom layouts. Even in standard cd's for a non-high-end project. Seem an odd lapse.
