Matt Hagen
I currently have a job with complicated things going on in the back ground of my cross sections and I'd like to grey what is not relevant. I've tried Greying the classes, and/or the layers in the OIP and no difference. Quote Link to comment
E|FA
Try Section Viewport OIP -> Advanced Properties -> Attributes -> Objects Beyond Cut Plane -> Line Style -> Use Class, and use a Class (create one if needed) that has a gray line color. Tom W.
Plus it doesn't help you now but there is a discussion elsewhere about having more control over the look of objects beyond the cut plane. e.g. rather than having a single 'beyond cut plane' zone whose attributes are controlled by class, having two (or more) zones controlled by separate classes which would allow you to for example depict objects in the foreground 'normally' (with black line) + those in the background with a grey line. But even less helpfully I can't find the thread... Quote Link to comment

Tom W.
They're the ones thank you! Plus there's definitely another one but I've completely given up on ever finding it again... Quote Link to comment
