  2. @Azzam It seems like your 2021 license has been extended. Please confirm. Keep in mind that you can request the latest 2022 version by clicking on Download> select Vectorworks 2022. Good luck with your deadlines!

  5. @Bingle101 The license extension has been approved. Log in using your credentials in the student.vectorworks.net, and you can keep using your Vectorworks 2021 or request 2022. Good luck with your final project.

  8. @Beverly Pruzina Yes, as a student/teacher, you can use Vectorworks at no cost. I verified your education account, and it is current. To download the latest version, go to https://student.myvectorworks.net/home and log in using your credentials. Then click on Account Status, and you will find the download links and Vectorworks serial #.

  14. A user can transfer a license to another user if the Transfer of Ownership form (TOO) is filled out and signed by both parties. It also needs to be approved by Vectorworks, Inc. or the Authorized Distributor. Important aspects to note are that while licenses are transferable, Vectorworks Service Select is NOT. Additionally, a user transfers all versions of a license to the new user. For example, they could not keep a 2018 version of a license and transfer a 2020 version. They are relinquishing all versions via the transfer. For more information on Vectorworks Service Select and transfers, contact globalsales@vectorworks.net

  18. @yl16961 Unfortunately, you can't downgrade via the Student portal. It is a limitation that we are hoping to remove in our next upgrade. In the meantime, please contact our Academic Team at AcademicTeam@vectorworks.net with your request.
  19. @Peter Lopez as a Student you can log in the student portal and request in this case either 2022 or 2021 version of Vectorworks. The license has been extended, please check back in the portal, click on Download and select 2021 to download. That should do it.

  22. @_leorus Video tutorials currently are not part of the sample projects. You can see in the description that some of them link to a training or webinar session for additional information. I will bring your question to our team to keep improving the content in the University.
  23. Vectorworks 2009 is not supported in Windows 11. You may want to look into downgrading to a previos Windows version or upgrading Vectorworks.
  24. @mrudich log in the Student portal and request either the new version of Vectorworks or to extend the expiration date.
