Hello! I have just extended my educational version licence, but it says it doesn't allow saving now. Did i do something wrong?

Hello! So I am using the student version of Vectorworks 2021 and I need to create a viewport from my work, but the viewport that appears is empty, only showing a title and scale. Does anyone have any thoughts of how to solve this problem?
