@Nikolay Zhelyazkov @Pat Stanford
I´m trying to include a column in my drawing schedule to report the drawing stamp
='Title Block Border'.'Display Drawing Stamp'
I only manage to display true or false
I want to report my custom drawing stamp text
='Title Block Border'.'Custom Text'
gives me my custom text in every row, not the ones that actually have a drawing stamp.
What am I doing wrong or do you think this is a bug?

@vassen Sorry I hadn't time to answer and Pat had an excellent solution. I just want to point out that the mirror tool and combine tool is working well with roof faces. I usually build my roofs with roof faces, adjust the first one to my likings and option-drag to duplicate.

I use spaces for that.

Hi
Yo should adjust the Elevation in the Layer settings. Either move the layers of your building to the real z value or move the Sitemodel to minus real z value for your ground floor.

@Kevin K the liberaries are all on the left pane in the main window.
Its a good idea to play through some of the videos here:

I made a sheet layer with two viewports. one render using texture the other without. see file

Hi Peter
You can have both a distinct color as a fill (for 2d views) , and also a aluminum texture used for 3d views.
Otherwise the datavisibility functions is great if you need to show different attributes in a viewport.

Hi @jnr
if you have a 2d poly of the paved area you can rightclick and "Creat objects from shape" then select site modifier. Chose then texture bed and its important to choose a class in "Texture from class". You need a class that is set up with texture.
When all is done you have to refresh the site model and your texture will show up on your DTM. Keep in mind you can choose if this texture applies to proposed or existing.
Its not so important what texture you use, its easy to change later in TM as long as it is unique

HI
If you save your new export from vw with the same name you only have to reload it into TM for the changes to appear. It might depend of how much the model has changed but usually the textures already assigned will be kept so going back and forth between VW and TM is quite easy.

Hi
If you have the contour lines you could probably do multiple extrude command. If the landscape is complicated you might need to do several parts

Hi Terra
You should try the scale menu
it does exactly what you are looking for

@Michal Zarzecki maybe the marionette discussed here can solve your problem, while waiting for a fix?

Hi Christian.
I really don't know what the standards say but we have some experience charing IFC the informal way.
I would recommend you to choose your origin as it practical for you. Axis A-0 or somewhere but its good to know the true co-ordinates, then you always can adjust later if it is necessary ( from a referenced export file )
Usually the Architect starts the project and if you export early the other consultants will adapt their stories and origin to you. (-:

@Jalkana May I propose yet another solution?
You can set up different graphic attributes based on classes or IFC parameters or almost anything defined in the drawing.

Hi Ari
I would recommend to have the borders by style. Then you can make changes to every border in an easy way. If you right click on the border you get the option to edit the style.
If you want all sheets to have the same numbers of revisions you should have by style
if you want to have different amount on every sheet you could set by instance.
click on the button in front to toggle between modes

Hi
It looks like your border is set by style. You should be able to adjust the number of revisions by editing the style or convert to unstyled

Do the adjustments and then save the file as a template named default.vwx in the templates folder

I think you could make a symbol of it and then scale it.

I need some help finding the number of floors in different ranges by area
Im using datavizualation and can easily set up the criteria. However doing the formula right in a worksheet to count the floors in different ranges with the =IF is harder.
Anyone able to help?
