0 bjoerka
as an addition to my first post... the more drawings you have opened at the same time, the more script palettes stay on the screen, regardless which drawing is the active one. this aplies also to worksheets .-( the one that can be seen in the screenshot belongs to the drawing "Untitled 4" Edited October 26, 2016 by bjoerka Quote Link to comment
0 Pat Stanford
I'm not seeing this on either VW2016 or VW2017. (Update: Sorry I missed the title that this is 2017, I was going from the 2016 in your signature. Have you tried restarting VW? What about restarting the computer? When did you start seeing this? What service pack are you running? I believe SP5 has been released. (Update: Sorry I missed the title that this is 2017, I was going from the 2016 in your signature. I think 2017 has SP1 already released) If none of these solve the problem I suggest you delete and let let VW recreate you preferences file. Quote Link to comment
0 bjoerka
This only happens in VW2017 SP1 Both have been restarted several times, VW and Macbook I´ll check deleting the prefs and see what will happen Quote Link to comment
0 bjoerka
i guess i know what brings this behauvior up. the template file that we use was created in vw2015, then migrated to vw2016 und now migrated to vw2017 when i create an empty file in 2017 and after that create a script palette or worksheet, these behave like expected when you switch to another drawing i´ll try to figure out what happens when i open the template file of vw2015 directly in 2017... 0 Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted November 22, 2016 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 22, 2016 It's live for the base nonlocalized version. If any users are on versions localized by a distributor they may have to wait. Quote Link to comment
0 bjoerka
i am nonlocalized .-) yes, germany is correct, but we use the international version on all of our workstations. i´ll check tomorow in the office if sp2 adresses these issues. right now it´s time for a glass of red wine .-) Quote Link to comment
0 bjoerka
this is still the same behaviour with sp2... Quote Link to comment
