I would like to be able to drag the dimension text to anywhere along the radial dimension line in this example. I'm not sure why I can't since I can drag a regular dimension's text almost anywhere.
(In this example I would like to place it in one of the green ovals not where it defaults to in the red oval.)
I would also like the radial dimension tool to have the option to add its own centre mark to a circle or curve (ie. a start marker).
