VW 2012 not exporting fills to pdfs to

I've just exported two pdfs and the fills that I use for some objects didn't show up in the pdfs. Is there a setting that I'm missing?

Here's some examples.

First two are the difference between my sheet layer fill and the printed pdf.

The second two are how my title block looks inside the symbol, vs how it looks on my sheet layers.

I only have Fundamentals that does not allow printing to pdf but that's not a problem because I have been using pdf995 as a pdf printer long before VW decided to incorporate it.

Printing to pdf995 does not have the same problems as you are having so it could be an option for you.

What are the settings you are using?

A few things I can think of:

- rerendering viewports before exports is turned off?

- rerendering parametric objects before exports is turned off?

If for some reason the viewport is not properly rendered even though it seems to look ok then it may happen that sometimes a fill does not export.

I had something similar happen in the past, and even with both options turned on the fill would not export into the PDF.

The only option that seemed to work in that particular case was to create a second object underneath with the proper fill and leave the original object above it without fill.
