propstuff
When these came out there was some dissatisfaction with their performance (of the scrolling in particular) in VW. I'm looking to get a cordless, no dongle, 2 button+scroll wheel+ wheel button mouse. Can anyone offer current thoughts on how well they (or other alternatives) work, specifically with VW? cheers, N. Gytis
I waited a while too, while complaints floated about. After finally [font:Comic Sans MS]having[/font] to get one, I must say MM is reliable, smooth, and sweet. I find my own Apple-induced lack of dexterity/habit with two-button mice the only stumbling block. Quote Link to comment
jeffroyer
I am completely pleased with my MM. The scroll wheel is very smooth - much more than any other I have tried. Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
one of the important things with the mighty mouse is to set up the options correctly, so that the buttons work the way you want. Quote Link to comment
propstuff
Thanks for the replies, I'll take the flaptop to the shop and give it a try cheers, N. Quote Link to comment
Nye
I have not tried the MM with VW but have found it great for general use. My Mouse of choice for VW is a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer (wireless). It has 2 thumb buttons that I use for copy and paste as well as the vertical and horizontal scroll wheel (although it takes a bit of effort to get those working well in VW). Quote Link to comment
