  1. If your mouse driver allows you to set key commands to mouse buttons you can do it that way. I know it works for Microsoft mice on Apple OSX systems.
  2. Which ever system they are working on they should be able to export the file as a DXF or DWG using the export command in the file menu. They can choose either DXF or DWG and you should be able to get a usable file with the defult export settings. Autocad can easily import either format.
  3. I have not tried the MM with VW but have found it great for general use. My Mouse of choice for VW is a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer (wireless). It has 2 thumb buttons that I use for copy and paste as well as the vertical and horizontal scroll wheel (although it takes a bit of effort to get those working well in VW).
  4. Thank you Mike. After a bit of a learning curve I've sorted out the criteria to measure all the lines by class. Although working out the Worksheet Resource took a while this has saved me a heap of time (and will continue to do so). Thanks again.
  5. Unfortunately the lines are not adjoining. My current dilemma is caused by a series of parallel lines of different lengths all 75 mm apart. My current workaround is to do as you suggest then subtract 75mm x the number of gaps from the total ? a bit of a pain when I'm dealing with approximately 10,000m of lines over a 36 x 36 metre area! Thanks for your suggestion.
  6. Is it possible to get the cumulative length of multiple selected lines?
