Don_
Hey guys, I need some help with rendering projects as an image. So every time when I create a viewport it never comes out the way I want to come out. Even when I change the way it is rendered, it always does wireframe even when I change it to shaded or quality render. Please can you guys help with figuring out what it is exactly that I’m doing wrong. Essentially what I’m trying to do is render like the coloured screenshot presented below instead it gives me black and white/wireframe Quote Link to comment
Kevin Allen
to be clear, this is a sheet layer viewport? Quote Link to comment
Don_
Hey Kevin, so the way I went about creating this viewport was, when I’m on design layer I just say View > Create Viewport then I tell it to create on a sheet layer Quote Link to comment
Kevin K
@Don_ as is usually the case, if you post the file we can better zero in on the problems..there can be several factors contributing to the issue. 🙂 1 Quote Link to comment
Kevin Allen
So, you set the render style in the create VP dialog? To change, on the SL, select the SLVP change the rider style in the OIP? Quote Link to comment
Elite Exhibits
@Don_ when you select the ViewPort and Open the OIP or get the Properties What does it say - Red Arrow - Background Render? (Attached) What does it say VP.pdf Peter Quote Link to comment
SamIWas
Would be at least helpful to see a screenshot of your viewport settings in the OIP. That might help answer a lot of questions. Quote Link to comment
