6 panels sliding windows (or more)

 

I would be great to be able to draw 6 panels sliding doors as they are available from manufacturers.

Now the limit is 4.

But it does not make good 2D and 3D representation as it is sliding windows.

Can you elaborate on those issues with screenshots? Show what you see and explain what you'd rather see. It might be that your wish could be targeted at the door tool.

Here it is.
Setting glass panels for leafs in the door tool do no have any impact in 2D plan representation.

I don’t know if it is an other improvement request, but the main point is that glass leaf of doors are not seen in 2D plan.

By the way, I don’t understand why windows and doors are different tools… Sometimes, things are not so manichean… 😉

Yes, agreed, I think this is a wish for the door tool rather than the window tool.

@GatRedThe Windoor 3rd party add-on can do this if you choose the door style as 'Glazed".....It can create multiple doors, left and right, etc, but sadly, and oddly, for sliding doors the door limit is 4.....not sure why it is limited to 4, since the other door styles, like cavity and parallel systems can create up to 8 doors !!!  But, it does show the door frames and glass the way you wanted to show it.
