Drawing Stamp options grayed out

Hello all,

 

For some reason my drawing stamp options are grayed out in the title bock manager, title block border settings, and the drawing stamp options in the OIP.  I've double checked the titleblock style settings to make sure the "display drawing stamp" box is checked.  

 

I'm stumped...

 

I've attached my file for someone to show me my mistakes.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

It works fine when I open it. I wonder if the issue is related to the title block being referenced in. I would make a copy of the file, break the referencing links and see if it works then. Because I don't have the referenced files the link are automatically broken when I open it.

All of the settings are set to By Style, so if you are trying to edit individual sheets which it appears you are trying to do, you will need to first edit the style and set the parameters you want to change to be By Instance. In this screen shot the first three parameters are set to be by instance and you can edit them individually for any sheet (or in your case multiple selected sheets). The rest are by Style and can only be changed by editing the style. Just click on the icon at the front of the row to change between the settings.
