@Dimi To clarify: We are currently supporting the M1's with Vectorworks under Rosetta 2 emulation for Entry level profiles based on our system requirements. And we are working towards full support in Vectorworks 2022. Vision: Vision works on the M1 under Rosetta but still not recommending it because of the integrated graphics card in the M1's. We will be providing more information as it becomes available.

@Naomie If you are trying to install an education version, please go to http://student.myvectorworks.net/ and upload a proof of enrollment and submit a license extension.

@Klaus5511 I have approved your license - please let me know if you receive an email with the serial #. I checked and It seems like the issue it was due to submitting the request with 2 different email addresses.

that is correct you can open 2020 files in version 2021 without an issue.

@Cerys.M your license of Vectorworks 2021 must be active and ready to use and you will be able to open files from version 2020. If you still need to work in version 2020, please contact uktech@vectorworks.net

@Patrick221 I will start with checking the Vectorworks system requirements as far as Windows or Mac it's about preferences however based on your budget a Windows machine might get you a better configuration.

Deleted Objects do not go away until after zooming in on them

I asked around, and some have seen similar alerts if the file is exported from VW with a crazy scale and a zoomed out to ~5% zoom or less.
