  1. What about contacting Maxon directly? I checked their site and they only show from R25 and above. https://www.maxon.net/en/downloads
  2. @Charles W. Smith Yes, you can install Vectorworks 2024 in your new MacBook Air. The installer can be found at https://customers.vectorworks.net/ . I have tested Vectorworks 2024 in an M2 MacBook Air, and it works. The only difference is that we have it with 24GB of memory.
  3. @deadtomorrow This issue has been fixed in the latest Vectorworks 2024 Update.
  4. @INKLandscape What version of Vectorworks are you using? If you can provide us with the testing file, that will help. If you are on a deadline, feel free to contact tech support via https://customers.vectorworks.net/support
  5. @Kerisha , I see that you submitted a support case for this issue, and it was replied to with some instructions: please let me know if that fixed the issue. Thanks

We will look at as many as we can. 2. Another short comment about staggered siding. 3. If time allows, we will demo Jesse Cogswell’s script to create random placed bit of Confetti. New Link: Test vwx files and meeting videos for this and previous meetings are at our Seattle Group forum: You can click into the Seattle Community. If 1st visit the group/club forum, please complete the request to join the club. The moderator will verify (it may take an hour or a day). After that, could you sign in using your usual forum credential?
  7. @Henrique Lauer I got some information from our R+D team, and the issue seems to be fixed in the next update 3, currently scheduled to be released the second week in January 2024.
  8. @Henrique Lauer thank you for the file, reporting the issue to our R+D team. @Tom W., thank you for testing the file and giving us a clue. I will report back as soon as I get more information.
  9. @alberts.architekten, Some of our versions are localized to meet some local standards. Please get in touch with our local distributor in Germany to see if they can switch your Vectorworks to the German version. https://www.vectorworks.net/en-US/international
  10. @Michal Zarzecki Could you confirm if the version of Vectorworks on your signature is correct? Also, can you send us a screenshot of the error message? Thanks
  11. @Henrique Lauer as @Tom W. suggested, please send us a couple of files for testing. Also, please make sure you are running the latest 2024 Update 2.1 - thanks
  12. @stayathomedad I can't see the difference. I tried the Tool tips in 2023 and 2024, and they worked as expected. Now, there was an issue with the Tool Tips and macOS Sonoma 14.1 that was fixed with the latest update to 14.2. Are you running Sonoma?
  13. @vklimovs I tested your file with the 2024 Viewer version of Vectorworks, and changing the scaling factor from .6 to 1 fixes the issue. There is an issue with image props and Renderworks. Our team is currently researching the problem; I'll keep you posted.
  14. @Mark_DDi Someone from our team will be reaching out to assist you.
  15. @vklimovs , can you share the file for testing via DM? - thanks
