Hi, I am a customer of an architect for a new design. The architect sent me a .vwx file of a site model and asked me to use the 2023 viewer. I have installed Vectorworks2023-SP0-668937-Viewer. The trees on the model are not displayed for me; instead, I see gray squares (see actual.png). Their view has 3D trees in it (see expected.png). What am I missing, and how do I make the trees display correctly?
