After upgrading to 2021 VWX on Mac, unexplainable pointer size change

I recently upgraded to 2021 VWX on an existing Catalina system.  Everything was running correctly prior to the VWX upgrade.

 

Now I’m randomly experiencing a situation where my pointer grows about 3x the normal size.

This is with no other programs running, only happens when I’m running VWX with large files, and then sticks around in the OS after VWX is closed.

 

Any ideas?  Almost seems like accessibly features for the visually impaired are activated, but that’s not it.  Almost looks like the “shake to find cursor” feature, but that’s not it either.  Perhaps a graphic card issue?  Rebooting makes it go away, but once I open a large 3D file in open gl, it comes back.

I usually have it activated.

(and it needs hefty shaking to make the cursor getting bigger)

 

But I have never experienced any Cursor Problems with VW.
Neither on Windows nor on Mac.

Although I currently open very big files with 500-980 MB

of just geometry.

 

I never had Catalina installed though.

But I think it is likely a GPU or driver problem and the GPU is within

VW Min Specs and the files large.

I would first try testing through the VW OpenGL settings down

to Compatibility Mode and see if that has any effect.

 

A bit strange that the cursor issue stays after VW is closed until a reboot.
