Cloud Services error

Hi I have been getting this same notification on start up except it only says "An error occurred. Please restart the application". and it always happens when I start my MacBook Pro and Vectorworks has not even been opened yet.


Please let me know if there is a way I can stop this notification from happening every time I start my computer.

Please make sure you have the latest available app version installed. You can download it from here:




Just drag it to the apps folder to replace the old one.


Please let me know if the issue persists and we will investigate further.
