fuberator
Hi grandMA is listed as a dmx provider in vision 2020, but I cant find anything in the documentation about it. Does anyone know how it works and what the advantage over artnet/sacn is? Quote Link to comment
Robert J
Hi @fuberator You can use Vision without GrandMa hardware. You need Vision usb dongle licence and MaLighting drivers instaled. I tested it with GrandMa2 OnPc on two PC. Works great. All dmx parameters unlocked without console. For ArtNet or sACN you need console connected, I think. Look at here: Edited December 18, 2019 by Robert J | Design Express Quote Link to comment

If you are using a MA and Windows for Vision use the MA driver, you will have no parameter limit since it uses MA Net as grandMA 3D does. Quote Link to comment
