Polygon define PIO thrid point switches node type.

Is it a common or known bug or just something with my computer?

 

Every time I use a PIO that is defined by a polyline (ie. slab, space) the third point changes from a Corner point to a Bezier point then switches back to a corner point for points then on.

I wasn't able to reproduce that behaviour in a quick test. Does it happen even in a new file or if you switch to a stock workspace? It is possible to accidentally create a bezier point by click-dragging during creation but I suspect you know that.

Completely empty file is OK but our office template and a random assortment of supplied templates will switch at different node points.

Interesting. Are you able to post a file made from one of those templates that contains an example object? I wonder if I can get it to do the same thing on my machine. I tried a bunch of templates and a few files brought forward from earlier versions but I still haven't seen the same behaviour.

Purged a bit of weight out of the file attached but is basically one of the stock (ANZ edition) BIM templates.

Slab and spaces in file all have nodes that have switched node even thought only mouse input was used.

 

It does depend on Template used. Stock Architect template doesn't show the issue even with a lot of nodes in the defining polygons.

Tested both work and home and the same results.
