3D Webview - Only Background

Question

I can not seem to get the 3D web view to work.  The only thing that gets exported is the background.  Is my model too big?  Does it take a long time for the model to become available?

Once t starts letting you move, the geometry should be there. If you export a smaller sampling of objects, what do you see?

I was able to get a small test to work - but there seems the size limit seems to be very restrictive.  I have deleted everything but this:Screen Shot 2016-09-30 at 2.37.48 PM.png

And ever this seems to be too big.

If that couch, pillows and seats are meshes that might do it, the limit is only a million or two million points (so, between 3 and 4 times as many polys as you have) and meshes can hit that limit extremely quickly. Each single face in the mesh before smoothing counts as 3-4 and for the export, even things like NURBS are converted to a mesh, so while they are very efficient in Vectorworks they are a LOT of overhead in the limited point counts.

Jim,

I have a terrain model here that has about 8500 polygons and yet it just doesn't appear in web view, have you any idea why? point count works out to way below the 1/2million limit.

please help!
