What would be handy, is if the visibility tool could work within (while inside) the annotation of a sheet layer viewport to turn the viewport's classes off by clicking. That would be a far easier way to customise SLVP class visibilities than scrolling the class lists.

Yes, great idea. Would be especially good for with externally referenced DWG files in DLVP also. For 2D work, much of the reason for needing to import a file (esp 2D surveys), is to understand what is on each class. Using the current viewport settings on complex files, this is almost impossible.
