alfresco
I am in a viewport annotation. I want to dimension and have the dims value ticked to show however, no value is visible? What am I missing? Thanks lm Quote Link to comment
Benson Shaw
Do the dimension lines show up, but not the value? There is a check box in the OIP to toggle the value- near the bottom. If you make the dimension and nothing shows up after your final click, it could be that the dimension class is set for invisible. Check the viewport class settings - select the viewport, click the Class button in the OIP, look at the Dimension Class visibility settings. Or it could be something else entirely! Good luck. Post back if this no fix, or when you figure it out. -B Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
I think there is some setting in Unified View about projecting 2-D objects like dimensions. I don't know if this applies to Viewports or not. Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
Alfresco: If the dimensions are not visible at all then you need to edit the Viewport's Classes from the OIP and make the Class you are putting the Dimensions into visible. If it is only the text that is invisible check to make sure that you don't have your default text size set to something very small. If it is select the problem dimensions and set the text size to 9 pt. Quote Link to comment
jezerceg
Hi guys, I was struggling when switched to 2011, it would not show on this particular computer any values however the field had values while opening the file on another computer. Turns out the font type change solved this issue. Quote Link to comment
