Scrolling in Snap Loupe

It would be great to have auto scrolling in the snap loupe window. For those occasions when you didn't quite have the curser exactly where you wanted it before invoking the tool......

Yes. We should be able to invoke and dismiss the snap loupe with key and navigate in between - auto scroll, pan, etc.

Ah yes...even better. Stay in snap loupe until you hit 'z' again. That would be great to choose several points close together while zoomed in.....

Yes. Have snap loupe be a toggle rather than a hold down, and do the same for X-ray as well.

Also, I think that the snap loop applies too much zoom line thickness when louping. Is there a way to control this?
