bcd
Does anyone ever receive feedback from a Bug Submit or is it always a case of pitch it over the wall, bottle in the ocean? It takes time to identify, describe and submit the bug and a paired down copy of the drawing, a live response at some time would be nice. Quote Link to comment
Ozzie
would be interesting to hear if others who have submitted bugs have ever had feedback direct from NNA Quote Link to comment
Christiaan
I've had feedback on a couple of bug submits, when they've wanted further info to resolve it. Quote Link to comment
Ozzie
From NNA direct or from the UK distributors? Quote Link to comment
RubenH
I've had received from NNA. Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
Here's what I know. If you submit a bug via this board you may or may not get any response or communication from the engineers at NNA. But rest assured that as long as you follow the proper procedure (which includes sending a test file which demonstrates a reproducible problem, along with a written description of how to reproduce it) your bug will be taken seriously. It is always in the company's best interest to fix as many bugs as they can prior to, and after, release (as SP's). So if you find 'em, send 'em in! Quote Link to comment
