VW2010 upgrade

Hmmmm..

Annoyingly I have just sat down to install 2010 (as an upgrade from 2009) and realised that no serial number came with the box.

Have tried putting my old serial in (starting with a B - I use a dongle) and it doesn't work.

Should I have received a new serial number??

I believe you should have received a new serial number. The last six characters, I further believe, should be the same as before.

There should have been a serial number. Check the sticker on the box and also the Notes section of the packing slip.

If it is really not there, call your vendor.
