zooming in inside a worksheet

in vw2008sp2, i am working on worksheets with a font size of 6, and need to zoom in within each worksheet to see the text larger while i'm editing it. it sounds simple but i don't know how to do it.

On a Mac you can zoom the screen using

Apple option = (all three keys together)

no you cannot zoom within a worksheet editor in VW2008.

To get around this problem, you can increase the font size in the worksheet editor, place the worksheet in a viewport and scale the viewport.

Also on a Mac - hold down control and scroll wheel/ball up and down on the mouse to zoom in and out. Use it all the time for that sort of thing.

Thanks for the tip. The non-zooming of worksheets has been a struggle for me for a while. Scaling the viewport seems obvious now that you have pointed it out.

putting them in a viewport and scaling it down is what i've adopted too. the viewport strategy also works in my case, where the worksheet doesn't fit the sheet and the use of viewports allows me to not brake the worksheet in two (like i would have done before) but to simply use two viewports showing two different parts of the same worksheet.
