JulieK
Is it possible to put multiple textures on a wall, for example, to have stone up to 7', and then shingles from 7' to the roof? Quote Link to comment
Christiaan
No, I've got it on the wishlist somewhere tho. Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
Use two walls. It can get a little tricky, but it's doable... Quote Link to comment
islandmon
Or use a 'Split' Texture on one wall Quote Link to comment
Don@Black Dog
Try drawing a line adjacent to the wall, extruding it to the heights you want and giving it a texture. There was a thread a while back about making curtains for scenery this way that worked pretty well. It is just one more thing to keep track of, though. Quote Link to comment

islandmon
Using VW or Photoshop combine the bottom 'Rock' texture with the top 'Shingles'. Scale the textures to match the wall. Quote Link to comment
Guest
OR Draw a rectangle (with a 0 pen weight) the height of the wall for the first texture. Draw another rectangle directly below/above the height of the wall for the 2nd texture. Use the Export Image menu to marquee export just the two rectangles. Create a texture from the exported image using the RB. Quote Link to comment
russh
OR Use ADT or Revit......... I use 2 walls, stacked. Not ideal but I find it easier than than the alternatives. The facility to create wall styles of this nature would be a real boon, as it's not exactly a rare occurrence in our line of work. 1 Quote Link to comment
