What if your Worksheet is too big for page?

I'm dooring a door schedule with about 500 doors, which takes up about 3 A1s, which says to me I'm probably going abou it the wrong way. But, in any case, how do you present a Worksheet if you want to split it onto multiple pages?

By making two or more worksheets with different criteria, say "doors on layer such-and-such".

or you can put the same worksheet on different layers/presets and cover the unwanted area with a white rectangle. just move the worksheet accordingly. you can also rotate the page so that it prints portrait- iot give you more room on the sheet for a longer worksheet. we then use a layer link for the title block...

Why not have one Worksheet in a Design Layer, Then Have three Sheet Layers , A1, A2, A3. Create one Viewport on each sheet Layer of a section of the worksheet. Creat a second Viewport on Sheets A2, A3 of the header row of your worksheet.

Good idea Tom, thanks. In this case I've found that dividing up amongst floors is going to be more appropriate but your method will no doubt come in handy.

Or by type.

The problem with any manual segmenting is that one has to make sure that all door types and doors are visible and that none is shown twice. Changing the type of a single door throws the set-up out of whack.
