how to get braceworks to work

Hi everyone,

 

Recently braceworks was added to my lisence. If in spotlight I now try to calculate something, I get "this menu command is not authorized for use in this product". Is there something I need to do before being able to use Braceworks?

Hi Peter
It sounds like your license details haven't updated correctly. You best bet is to contact Design Express, they will be able to sort the issue out

Did you use a new serial number? It's possible they added braceworks and issued a new S# to trigger the permissions.
