Update selected viewports over multiple sheets

Can this be done?

 

For example, for a particular issue of drawings I only want to update my sections and elevations, however, what I don't want to do is update the internal and external render viewports as well which take a long time!

 

Would be great if you could use your Organisation window to highlight selected viewports to update...

That would be a pretty nice script!

I don't think I am up to the task but it might be worth a try:

 

Build a list of SLVPs by name(?), 

Show out-of-date status,

Provide a checkbox to select VPs,

Update selected. 

 

You are right, this could be added to the Organization Palate but in the meantime, a script/dialog box could do it.
