Red box with a cross appears in all exports?

Hi all, thank you in advance for your help. I am unable to remove this particular box as shown below from all of my exports. Am not sure what this is from as there is no such object placed. Does anyone know a workaround?

Hard to say for sure, but that looks like an empty viewport — layer or class visibilities are set such that it has no objects to display.

There are two things I can think of, the first is an empty viewport, and the other one would be a referenced DXF file or something like that. When you reference a DXF file it  creates a viewport type object. 

Can you select it?

Try disabling all checkboxes in the update section of the export dialog.

Something seem to refresh that has no shown geometry in it which leads into that red crossed box.

You should be able to delete the viewport.

If you cannot select, check your class settings or right click/force select on the viewport.

Alternatively if you know what you viewports are called you should be able to delete any viewport you dont recognise from the tools - Organisation dialogue or Navigation Pallatte.
