hollister design Studio
Why am I getting the criteria line and this "4" showing in my worksheet? In my worksheets this line is generally not shown - I can't figure out how to hide it. Quote Link to comment
michaelk
If you have the worksheet placed in the drawing: In the OIP for the worksheet uncheck "Show Database Headers" If you are looking at the open worksheet, go to View (the one in the worksheet) and uncheck Database Headers. But in the open worksheet there is no need to hide the database header, other than aesthetics. 1 Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
The Database Header Row displays the SUM for columns that have numeric values and the count of objects displaying data for fields formatted as strings (and probably some other formats). If you don't want those to display then as Michael says turn off the Show Database Headers on the image. 1 Quote Link to comment

I've been clicking the open worksheet view checkbox on and off for weeks and not figuring it out! It's Vectorworks. Of course, there are two "Database Headers" check boxes. ...and of course they do different things. ...and of course they are in different areas! 1 Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Here's the weird thing (one of the weird things) about worksheets. And this is why the database header row has 2 ways of showing and hiding. The worksheet resource is not the same thing as the worksheet image. You can place a worksheet from the same resource in the resource manager on every Sheet Layer. But each instance (or image) of the worksheet can have a different scale factor, different fill, different line color, different opacities - or can have its header shown or hidden. Because every instance/image of the worksheet is from the same worksheet resource in the resource manager, the content is identical. But they can appear somewhat different on the page. 1 Quote Link to comment
