2024 moving group

I just updated to 2024 and am experiencing what I think is a bug. When I group symbols and change the x, y or z of the group the box moves but not the symbols. This is extremely frustrating as I use this method a lot in my work flow. I have restarted and tried doing this from a blank file - same result. Any idea what is wrong here?

This is a known bug in 2024 and my understanding is that it’s being worked on.

Is this a specific bug relating just to grouped symbols do you know? I have seen this happen frequently with individual symbols in VW2023 + earlier versions. I have to perform Move 0,0 on the symbol to 'wake up' the geometry + get it to move to the correct location. Or closing + reopening the file will reset things back to normal. Never occurs in a newly opened file, only after working on it for a while. But does happen quite a lot over many different files...

I think the questioner actually meant Spotlight Lighting Devices…….

Yes it seems to be specific to lighting device objects. It also seems to be impossible to group a truss or something with a light and move that.

Will revert back to 2023 until this is solved.
