Custom mullion adjustments with window tool?

Hi.  I am using the window tool and have three adjacent windows.  The middle window has a gable shaped top and the two sides are sloping.  I wish to align the two side window horizontal mullions with the center window mullion pattern.  It seems that the window tool only divides into equal heights.  Is there a way to custom adjust the window mullions?  I have uploaded a screenshot to illustrate my dilemma.  Thank you.

I'm sure WinDoor can do this. It's probably faster/easier to just model them directly.

If the mullions are really important, maybe consider creating the window using a curtain wall type wall. The curtain wall would give you the opportunity to adjust the millions to suit your design. You could then save this curtain wall as a symbol and use the symbol in your window object.
