Hardscape surfaces showing two shadows

I'm having trouble finding the original source of the shadow that shows on the 3D surfaces.  I have set up the Heliodon, and now I have two shadows.  I'm sure there's an easy solution, and I have made a very good effort trying to find the setting.  Thank you for your help.

I think we are going to need the file or at least an image to be able to offer any suggestions.

Are you sure that you have only one the Heliodon symbol? Maybe you have a copy with different settings in the same place? Image or file will be very helpfull to find a problem.

What are you seeing in the Visualisation palette?

I meant @lukeaw74 how many Lights do you have in the file!

Thank you everyone.  I was able to turn off the Visualization - Lights, and only use the Heliodon.  This was the solution!
