Frosted glass logo

Can anyone help me, I'm trying to add manifestation to glass. I need to be able to have a logo embossed into frosted glass so that the logo doesn't have a rectangular background and is outlined as the actual logo. The logo also needs to be more transparent than the frosting. Is this do-able and if so, how do I execute this?

you should be able to do this with textures, add the glass texture first, then add a Decal to the glass. The decal is another texture that has to have the transparency you need.

Or make the entire image in Photoshop and then create a texture out of it in VW?

You can just about use that image to create the required texture. You need to use photoshop to remove everything but the glass and then correct the perspective.

Thanks so much for your help. That image is exactly what I meant in terms of embossed logo. The other trouble I'm now having is that once the texture is applied, it mirrors itself so you can see the front logo and the mirrored logo directly behind it. Is there a way around this? Thanks
