PDF IMPORT

I can seem to import PDF's. 

I click on file, import, and everything but import PDF pops up. Also, I tried going to tools, workspaces, edit workspaces, clicked on all menus and went down to imports and again no PDF import. Can someone help, thanks

Are you using a custom workspace or one of the stock ones? Try switching to a different stock workspace. Import PDF should be in all of the default workspaces.

 

It is also available in my Workspace editor. It if it not in yours, you may need to reinstall VW because something is wrong.

Suggestion: Drag n Drop - No need to look at the Import Options

 

(I just did this for three different PDFs into an existing drawing)

 

The Options Dialog pops up to select multi pages - etcetera

Screenshot shows a Fundamentals workspace. 

Can anyone verify whether Fundamentals license supports pdf import?

 

@AA93 here is a stupid workaround in case your vwx cannot import pdf directly: Open the pdf in other software and save as jpg, png, or other image file.  Drag/drop the image file onto the vwx screen, or Import that file via the File>Import >Image file.

Yes, I checked the list yesterday. Import PDF is supposed to be available in all versions of 2023, including Fundamentals.
