Service Pack Will Not Install (Version 2023): I did a check for updates and attempted to install the new VWX Service Pack. The error message below followed. After restarts and shutdowns, the error message continues to appear. I would like to update to attempt to correct issues with disappearing walls in the VWX file etc.

All, It's March 1st. Can anyone from VM or in the know indicate what to expect this month? I am curious if we should anticipate a Service Pack or a new version release. - Curious

Updater process in background

It would be really good if VW would automatically download all of the update/service pack files in the background and only then prompt you to install them when it is convenient (now or later) - perhaps out of hours?. The current process prompts (on stratup) to say an update is available and the only way to download means you have to close VW and stop working. the download process can take a very long time, so it would be better to be able to work while this happens. If the installer can also automatically close VW (if there are no unsaved files open, or at least prompt to save) that would be even better! Thanks -
Error Message with VW2019 SP3 installation attempt

Hello - I am attempting to install update to SP3 - Vectorworks Architect 2019 Mac OSX Mojave - latest version. It seems to go through the whole process then an error message indicates that the installation failed. See attached screen capture. Any thoughts as to what might be going on? Thanks -

Oaky so service pack 3 is out for 2019? Then why is vectorworks telling me Im up to date when I click "CHECK FOR UPDATES"? How do I get/install service pack 3? Even when you go to downloads and click 2019, nothing shows up, not SP1 or SP2, nothing! Whats the deal? So many bugs in SP2, I really need this SP3 installed. Somebody, please help. #sp3

Please make the Vw Service Pack Release Notes to be organized by Category with each Fix clearly written in plain English, following the example of the clear and concise Maxon Cinema 4D Service Pack Release notes (LINK). While the C4D example might be too generic, I think there is a balance between legibility and informative. Current examples of Vw2018 SP3 Release notes: The way the majority of the Vw Release Notes are written mean something only to the Vw Software Engineers responsible for the fix. To those of us filing the bugs and wondering if / when they are fixed, the Release Notes are unintelligible at best. -
Im still experiencing quite a few bugs with 2016, occurred to me that I hadn't installed a service pack in awhile. Had a look online and only shows service pack 4 from back in June. When can we expect a a fix / next service pack? Im really surprised that a lot of the fundamental tool's bugs have not been fixed and its nearing the end of the year. Only a few examples include the surface hatches to edges of floors, design layer viewports "use current doc settings", working plane reverting after a viewport crop just to name a few.
