Hannah Forryan
Due to structural reasons large amount of structure is placed behind important window locations. To solve this and take advantage of as much light as possible I have created a window with a mullion diving the window into two different panels with the intention of having 1 panel as transparent and the other panel with structure behind designed as fritted. I cant figure out how to create one window with a vertical mullion splitting the two window panes with two different glazing types. Any suggestions is much appreciated. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Probably have to model it. Maybe WinDoor can do it? Quote Link to comment
TomKen
You could use the curtainwall tool. Set your mullions where you want then change the panels in front of the structure to another texture. In the attached image I just grabbed whatever texture to fill the panel (probably would not use brick and sheathing). To stick a curtain wall into an opening in the wall you have to group it first.
