rlb
I'd like to work back and forth between two design layers to coordinate dimensions, changes, etc. Is there a way to do this in VW, as there is in other programs which can have multiple windows open at the same time? Thanks! RLB in Brooklyn Quote Link to comment
markdd
Multi-View Panes. Menu > View > Multiview Panes. You can split the screen into several different panes and you can then tear off a particular pane (Floating View Pane) and put it on another monitor. Quote Link to comment
zoomer
Not sure what you mean by Design Layer. a) If it is about VW Design Layers, you can create as much Design Layers as you want and selectively make them visible or not, to display as much as you want at a time. If you can't see them all, check that "Unified View" is activated and properly set. b) VW View Panes, you can open multiple View Panes instead of the standard single drawing window, by splitting the drawing Window. You can also display different Class/Layer setups or render mode for each pane. c) multiple Files at a time, usually you can open multiple Files in VW and switch between them by the File Tabs on top of the drawing Window. If you want to see them at a time you could reference one file into the other. 2 Quote Link to comment
